I love fitness and every type of it.
My day time job entails me sitting behind a desk for the majority of the day and i hate it, so when i get home from work the first thing i do is chuck my gym wear on and head out. Whether that is walking, going to the gym, going swimming or doing a home work out.
I constantly follow people on instagram to get inspiration from, Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells and the body coach, Joe Wicks. I love trying out new workouts and feeling the burn after them.
I’m currently pregnant, as i’m sure you know by reading my other posts, and i am pettrified of becoming a big mama!!
Now i know it’s normal to gain a certain amount of weight during pregnancy but i hate the fact people keep saying ‘you’ll never have the body you did’. In all honesty i feel like poking them in the eye! So i’ve done the opposite, I’ve been watching what i eat and i have upped my exercise.
So instead of doing my usual HIIT workouts, I’ve changed my routine up a little and now i am doing 20-25 miles walking a week, 60 lengths swimming a week and i use my IQI FITNESS Mini Stepper 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
And i am loving it.
In this page i intend to upload my workouts, any tips for keeping trim, walking routes for around the UK and my workout tools.
